If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, then La Falda in the village of Sutton on Sea will offer peaceful, Chiled-out holiday for families, couples and those with limited mobility.  Up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge - with beautiful dog friendly beaches close by, they can be assured of a fantastic holiday too.

La Falda offers comfortable and stylish detached accommodation all on one level. Newly opened in April 2018, we have refurbished the cottage to be a home-from-home, so that you can relax and unwind as soon as your bags are unpacked. La Falda is central to all the village amenities including shops, restaurants, take aways and pubs. A local regular bus service can take you to the many interesting places and attractions in the area. 

La Falda is a non-smoking property.   

Stylish Accommodation

A spacious cottage, La Falda looks out over the Sutton on Sea bowling green and the promenade beyond. The 3 bedrooms offer ample accommodation for 6 guests and an infant.  We can also accommodate up to 2 small/medium dogs, free of charge. La Falda is ideal for those who have mobility issues. Although not adapted for use of wheelchairs, the accommodation is all on one level with only 2 separate steps to negotiate to enter the property. There is a large walk-in shower and a shower stool is available on request. Grab rails are fitted in the bathroom and next to both WCs. There is parking available for 2 cars and a garage that can be used for storage of larger outdoor items such as surf boards, golf clubs, electric scooter/wheelchairs and bikes.

Located on the beautiful Lincolnshire East Coast

'Unspoilt' is the word often used to describe the village of Sutton on Sea on the beautiful East Coast of Lincolnshire. The central Sutton on Sea beach has Blue Fag status and like all the other beaches in the area it is a sandy rather than pebble beach. There are dog-friendly beaches within walking distance with miles of golden sands for your four legged friends to run on. If you want a break from the beach, there's plenty to entertain the little ones with a free paddling pool and play ground close by. Take a stroll or bike ride along the Promenade that stretches from Mablethorpe to Huttoft Car Terrace, or travel inland and explore the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and it's many Market Towns. For those wanting the thrills and excitement of the more lively holiday destinations, the resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness are only a short drive away.

Sutton on Sea and it's surroundings is quite flat and easily accessible and so is a popular destination for those with mobility issues. We often have families stay with multiple generations, as the facilities available suite both young and old alike.
