The Accommodation at La Falda in brief...
La Falda sleeps 6 people (plus an infant) in two double bedrooms (one with king size bed and ensuite shower room), a twin bedroom, a large shower room with walk-in shower, a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area and a sun room. Facilities include:

The Sun Room...
The entrance to La Falda is into this lovely sun room. There's plenty of coat hanging space and a shoe bench and rack too. There's also a bistro table, a great place to have your breakfast looking out onto the side garden or just sit with a drink and watch the world go by.

The Kitchen...
There are lovely views of the fountain, bowling green and promenade from the windows in the kitchen. One of the nicest places to do the washing up! The kitchen has all mod-cons including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Bosch electric oven and gas hob. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need and there is plenty of cupboard space to put your groceries too.

The Living Space...
Overlooking a west facing patio, the room is light and spacious, with comfortable sofas and throws and cushions to help you relax. There is a flatscreen smart TV and a DVD player. WiFi is available throughout La Falda and is free to use.
The dining table seats 6 with enough room for the high chair too. It is positioned right next to the kitchen.

The Master Bedroom and Ensuite...
This Room also boasts lovely views of the fountain and promenade. Furnished with a comfortable King Sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe and chest of draws with vanity mirror, there is more than enough space to hang up your clothes and stow away your belongings. The bedroom is equipped with a Freeview TV and a hair dryer is kept here for our guests to use. In the winter, there are cosy bed throws available if needed. For those staying with an infant, the travel cot will be set up in this bedroom.
The ensuite has a corner shower, WC and a basin with vanity unit underneath.

The Double Bedroom...
With a view of the patio, this double bedroom has hanging space and draws in a large cupboard. Plenty of space to unpack your suitcase. There is a dressing table with stool and as with all the bedrooms, there are 2 bedside cabinets with bedside table lamps and a Freeview TV.

The Twin Room...
This is a double aspect room overlooking the patio to one side and the side garden to the other. This is a twin room having 2 single beds. It has a wardrobe with hanging and draw space. There is a bedside locker and light for each of the beds and a Freeview TV.

The Walk-In Shower Room...
The spacious shower room has a WC, basin and a walk-in shower - great for those with limited mobility. The shower is now also equipped with grab rails. A shower stool can be provided when requested at booking.

Outside Space...
La Falda has small wrap-around gardens and a patio to the rear of the cottage, where there is an enclosed seating area for alfresco dining.

What's Provided...
As well as linen and bath/hand towels, we provide a small welcome pack with essentials to let you relax and unwind, without having to rush out to the shops straight away. There's a treat for you and your dog and there are store cupboard essentials too, such as cooking oil, salt and pepper. Please remember to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide towels for the beach.

Infants...
We provide a travel cot for your use, and we provide a cotton blanket. We ask that you bring your own cot linen and baby towel to avoid any potential allergy issues. In addition we have a high chair, night light, black out blind, kitchen cupboard lock, plastic cutlery and socket covers. We also have a handy portable stair gate that can be used in a door way to prevent access to a room without having to close the door. There are also a few toys and books for baby. Please note that we do not have a bath at the property.

Dogs...
We welcome up to two small/medium sized dogs free of charge. If you have a puppy, please call us prior to booking. We have a few doggy towels that guests are free to use, we only ask that they are washed and dried for our next doggy guests. There is also a hose to help wash your doggy down. We have provided a welcome book at the property for your pet showing where they can go out for the day and where their owners can eat and drink with them.

Parking...
La Falda has parking for 2 cars. The garage can also be used by guests to store bikes and other large outdoor items that are difficult to store in the cottage or car.

Accessibility...
La Falda is all on one level, however it is not wheelchair accessible due to the narrow door size and steps from the front door to the kitchen and from the lounge to the patio. We have a shower stool which can be used in the walk-in shower. Please ask for it at the time of booking. There are grab rails in the walk-in shower and next to the WC in both the ensuite and the shower room.
If you have bulky equipment such as motorised scooter or wheelchair, we have a secure storage area in the garage.
