we had a lovely week at La Faldo everything we needed and so much more. Communication from the owner Sarah was great throughout our stay the bungalow was very clean and spacious bed's and bed linen was of very high quality resulting in a good sleep every night this has to be one of the best cottages we have stayed in over the years would definately recommend. thank you Sarah for the welcome treats and Birthday cake and card for Ray very much appreciated hopefully we will be back soon
Had a great week .Cottage was lovely with everything we needed, very clean and tidy.Nice enclosed garden kept 2 year old and dog safe. Loved being so close to beach and Mablethorpe. Plenty of space for the 4 generations of our family ranging from 2 to 79 to spread out. Many thanks.

Great location - dogs couldn't believe their luck in how close the beach was - walked on it every day - even the weather didn't stop us . Bungalow lovely and cosy to return to after a wet walk. well equipped and comfy settee. Admiral Benbow at Chapel St Leonards well worth a visit - quirky, dog friendly and superb sea view.
2nd visit, came at the beginning of April. The cottage is perfect for us, plenty of space and yet again we were luck with the weather. Sure we will come again.

Location, Location, Location. Easy walking distance to Sutton shops and food shops. Longer walk to the sea for a paddle (the tide was out!). All comfortable and clean.

We have had a lovely holiday at La Falda and weather has been surprisingly good. Beautiful holiday home, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The beaches are really good and the dog enjoyed himself (although he kept well away from the water!).

Really enjoyed my stay. Am in the area with friends on a golf break and this has been a superb base for that with great access to a number of great courses. Accommodation at La Falda is very comfortable and well presented. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
Great break. La Falda is very well presented, super furniture and slept like a log in the beds. Visit the Beach Bar, Food and Beer great. Golf in the area is excellent.

We endorse all the positive comments previous guests have voiced. A lot of thought and consideration wet into equipping this holiday let. Everything is close to hand and there are some decent shops on the high street.
Enjoyed our stay. The 'welcome' goodies were appreciated and you even thought of the dog. Bungalow clean and well equipped. Visited the donkey sanctuary followed by Farmer Brown's for ice-cream and Latte. Beach 30 seconds away cars the road which we walked along each night. High Street ideal! Fantastic accommodation, well equipped and great location. Weather has been great and enjoyed surrounding attractions. Visit to the Aviation Centre, saw a reconditioned/rebuilt Lancaster bomber, well worth the visit. Sutton on Sea is a brilliant holiday resort, quiet/clean/friendly people - will visit again.
